Fluidization has many industrial applications. One of the applications of the fluidization is segregation of particles. The segregation of the particles occurring in a gaseous fluidized bed when the particle difference in their size and density. This paper reports the influence of size difference, particle density, gas flow rate and weight proportions of particles on their segregation and correlate the effect of various parameters on the separation.
