The study was made on a benzene reforming plant which produces aromatic hydrocarbons ? benzene and toluene ? from the hydrocarbon fraction 62-105°С through rectification.
This possible increase in the plant's range of products was shown on existing installations.
A model of the installations was developed for the calculations.
Qualitative and quantitative recommendations were suggested for the optimal regulation of the rectification process.
The measures taken for the system allowed the stabilization of the technological process and the improvement of the quality of production.
