Monday, November 8, 2010 - 12:30pm to 1:00pm
Successful project management is a critical aspect for organizational success. It becomes even more challenging when the project manager and team members are part of a matrix organization. The ability to gain buy-in on goals and objectives, access the needed people and resources, and carry out projects requires deft people skills. Benefits can include higher quality outcomes and increased implementation speeds. This presentation will cover one industry veteran's perspective on how to accomplish project objectives in a highly matrixed organization.
