(191s) Viscosity Characterization of Qatari Type Natural Gas Mixtures

Viscosity measurements for two natural gas like mixtures have been made. Experiments cover 250 to 450 K and 10 to 65 MPa temperature and pressure ranges. Experimental measurements utilized an electromagnetic piston viscometer with comparison to available reference data for pure methane. Using the reported results to probe the predictive ability of several theoretical models leads to unsatisfactory results.
