(229c) Managing Multilateral Technology Collaborations at the Institute for Collaborative Biotechnologies

The Institute for Collaborative Biotechnologies is a uniquely interdisciplinary research and development alliance. Led by the University of California, Santa Barbara, in collaboration with MIT and Caltech, together with partners from the Army and industry, the ICB transforms biological inspiration into technological innovation. The presentation will address opportunities, challenges, progress achieved and lessons learned in managing multilateral technology collaborations between the Army, industry and academia.
