Diesel fuel thanks to its advantages over other types of liquid fuels, has benefited from a special credibility in recent years. Since this will be clear that now on average, 70 % of passenger cars that have been produced in Europe and the U.S. have diesel engines. The Limitations of using this high-quality fuel, is dispersing of pollutants such as sulfur dioxide and nitrogen compounds that are considered very harmful to the environment. Thus in order to safe use of these sorts of fuels, such compounds must be eliminated from the fuel. This will be done in hydrotreating reactors that work in trickle regime and under high pressure and temperature. In this research, hydrotreating reactors in trickle regime and also its dynamic and static mathematical model in traditional conditions is investigated to optimize the process conditions to reach minimum of sulfur in the product of this reactors .This will also provide a reference to design new units and control systems and predict the performance of existent units to achieve higher product quality and safety in spite of less fixed and operating costs Due to the high dimensionality and non-linearity of the model, a rigorous one, especially when economically aspects are considered, the solution of the optimization problem through conventional algorithms does not always lead to the convergence. This fact justifies us using an evolutionary method. Therefore, in order to optimize the process, the AC code is coupled with the rigorous model of the reactor. As a result, it was clear that an industrial reactor with normal industrial conditions in the most severe operating conditions with a commonly used catalyst can not deliver the fuel quality to the standards which are going to be stricter rules every day. Therefore, the use of catalysts and new technologies for hydrotreating reactor is inevitable.
