Mixing technology plays a critical role in a large number of steps involved in the production of biopharmaceuticals. Areas of application include fermentation and cell culture processes, recovery operations and formulations. This session encourages the submission of papers in these and related areas addressing advancement, innovation and application of the state of the art in mixing and scale-up/scale-down strategies to the challenges of development and manufacture of biopharmaceuticals.
