(447a) Best Practices Panel Discussion by Department Chairs

Description: This session is by invitation only. A panel of department chairs will share their experiences on topics important to department chairs. This year's topics are: engaging the advisory board and mentoring new faculty. In addition, informational sessions will cover ABET, NSF, Department of Energy, CACHE, and, Council for Chemical Research and the annual report on the chemical engineering faculty academic salary survey. Maria Burka, AIChE President, is our special luncheon event speaker at 11:30
