(631h) Effect of Composition and Temperature On the Structural Evolution and Dissolution Behavior of Drug/Polymer Systems

In this study, it is found that both the composition and crystallization temperature played important roles in determining the size and location of the drug domains in the polymer matrix and hence affect the dissolution behavior. By optimizing the preparation parameters, the formulation with desired performance can be designed.
