Monday, January 30th, 2012

Call for paper opens.

Wednesday, May 2nd, 2012

• Call for papers closes at 11:59pm.
• Deadline for submission of requests for dinners, luncheons, or other ticketed events.
• Deadline for short course proposals.

Tuesday, May 22nd, 2012

• Deadline for the acceptance/rejection, and ordering of papers.
• Please consolidate or remove sessions as required.
• Please consider transfering abstracts to poster sessions.

Wednesday, May 23rd, 2012

• Deadline for scheduling requests sent to programming@aiche.org.
• Please provide the name of your specific group or topical conference in the email subject.
• Please provide preferred day and time for each session using this spreadsheet.

Friday, July 6rd, 2012

• Deadline for technical program draft review.
• Please send any comments to programming@aiche.org.
• If no message is received by that date, we will assume that your group or area has accepted the schedule.

Wednesday, July 11th, 2012

Technical program goes live.

Thursday, July 12th, 2012

• Authors are informed of their presentation details.
• Extended abstract upload opens.

Wednesday, August 1st, 2012

Deadline to submit request for committee meetings / events rooms.

Monday, September 24, 2012

• Deadline to submit extended abstracts for inclusion in the proceedings.
• If you do not wish to have your paper or brief abstract included on the CD-ROM, please contact us before September 24, via programming@aiche.org.
