Abstract:   There are many ways to control NOx emissions, and the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) is the most widely used method. It has relatively high removal efficiency, and consumes less reducing agent. But in the SCR of NOx process, catalyst is expensive, the high temperature of catalyst active window causes the flue gas reheating, and wasted catalyst will lead to secondary pollution. Therefore, it is very significant to develop new efficient and low-temperature catalysts. Hence, the new loaded catalyst was prepared through choosing activated carbon as carrier, and the transition metal (FeAMnACuACr) as loaded materials in the paper. Some parameters, such as reaction components, loaded quantity, reaction temperature, oxygen concentration and superficial velocity on the efficiency of SCR of NOx were experimental studied. The results show that catalyst 8Fe-8Mn/AC exhibites high catalytic activity and is a good low-temperature catalyst.
