This is an abstract for the Needs of Industry session, with perspective from the Sustainable Energy Forum. It is an invited talk. This paper will discuss the skills level of graduating B.S. chemical engineers as it relates to the needs of sustainable energy. A panel discussion will follow all of the invited talks.
