Generally a gasoline production from catalytic reformer sends to hydrogenation for the separating of benzene and its precursors from gasoline. Indeed for access to desirable products, we need to inject hydrogen at hydrogenation unit. Whereas whole gasoline is sending to hydrogenation unit then the consumption of hydrogen will increase. A suggestion for decrease hydrogen demand, we can design a separation system as Three Product System (TPS) for catalytic reformer. By designed system, initially we can separate C6 fraction from output gasoline and then solely sending C6 fraction to hydrogenation unit result in reduction of hydrogen's requirement. In this article has been discussed different form of TPS and estimated the performance of theirs with design costs and energy consumption .Ultimately with comparing of their performance, optimum separation system has been suggested for case study.
