(429a) Shared Spaces and Schedule Optimization for Undergraduate Teaching Laboratories

Singapore Institute of Technology is a newest autonomous university in Singapore. Since the establishment of SIT in 2009, studentsâ?? enrolment in the university has been increasing year on year. This has led to challenging space limitation in SIT due to its rapid expansion. 
This presentation will discuss how SIT resolves these constrain through shared spaces and optimization of class schedules with due considerations given to safety and resources.
