(616c) Rapid Optimization of Industrial Microbes Via High-Throughput Strain Engineering

Zymergen has built a technology platform for high-throughput engineering of a wide variety of microbes. We use this technology platform to build and test many design ideas and rapidly improve strain performance. In this presentation, an overview of our technology platform for strain design, strain construction and strain testing will be given. In addition, selected case studies will be discussed.
