The learning styles of the Millennials are quite different than the previous generations, e.g., the Xers, who relied on the lecture-inclass problem-home problem format.. This presentation will discuss some of the characteristics of the Millennials and how the materials that Professor John Falconer and his team at the University of Colorado have developed can better address the Millennials learning styles.
