(67b) Defining Challenges and Creating Solutions in Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing

In this presentation, we will discuss a number of technology challenges associated with the manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. The opportunity to address pre-competitive challenges through public-private partnerships is a potential solution to address these challenges. However, careful consideration of the role of relevant federal agencies, health authorities, along with the global nature of the biopharmaceutical industry is required to identify the most effective path forward to advance biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
