(122b) Transport in Small Pore Zeolites

Professor Doug Ruthven has made numerous profound contributions to the field of adsorption and adsorption technology. One of these contributions is chromatographic techniques for diffusion measurements, namely the Zero Length Chromatography (ZLC). In this talk we will highlight how the ZLC technique is used in an industrial setting, provide comparisons with other microscopic and macroscopic methods, and demonstrate how it enables the development of advanced materials for gas separations.
