The process kinetics of mixed bacteria photosynthetic hydrogen production is studied by experimental research and model fitting. The results showed that growth cycle of photosynthetic hydrogen production mixed bacteria is the law of the nonlinear. The fitting curve of Logistic model reveal the maximum mixed bacteria dry weight is 0.4323 mg/mL, specific growth rate is 0.1077mg/h and the correlation coefficient is 0.9207. The modified Logistic model is used to fit the substrate consumption. The substrate consumption utilization degree of hydrogen production system which substrate concentration is 5 and 10 mg/mL is higher, but the substrate largest consumption of hydrogen production system of substrate concentration 20mg/mL of is 17.0146 mg/mL。When substrate concentration is 5, 10 and 20 mg/mL, the correlation coefficient of the Gompertz model fitting hydrogen production are greater than 99%, and hydrogen production rate respectively reach the maximum in 95, 101, 107 h. The substrate consumption and hydrogen production mainly concentrated in the logarithmic phase and the early stage of stable phase which is 48-120 h.
