(214g) Rapid Crystallization Development through Automation of Solubility Screening Coupled with XRPD

Rapid crystallization development was enabled through a series of automated screenings using robotics to enable automated solid and liquid dispensing, solubility screening, and crystal form testing. Screenings including an initial form and rough solubility screen, followed by a 10 g screen focused on 96 solvent and antisolvent combinations at 20°C and 50°C coupled with HPLC and XRPD. Solvent and antisolvents were then selected based upon the form produced, solvent classification, and potential impurities.
