(7br) Deep Learning in Chemical Engineering

My reasearch interests are in using deep learning for discovering new chemical molecules for variety of applications. I'm using deep learning for high throughput material and molecular discovery. The technology (atomic convolutional neural network (ACNN) ) that we have developed at our lab during my post-doc is capable of predicting the molecular descriptors with high accuracy and efficiency. I will show two examples of success stories of ACNN for high through put screening of polymers for organic photovoltaic and G-Protein Coupled Receptors (GPCRs) drug discovery.
