(91f) Thermodynamics of Ionic Liquid Mixtures

Ionic liquids show promise for a variety of applications due to the ability to tune both their chemical and physical properties. Further design parameters are accessible by mixing ionic liquids with conventional solvents, as well as using mixtures of ionic liquids. Here we will explore both expected and unexpected behavior of mixtures containing ionic liquids, especially focusing on thermophysical properties such as viscosity.
