Biomanufacturing

Chair(s)

Agrawal, N., George Mason University

As immunotherapy advances toward the clinic, biomanufacturing has emerged as a potential bottleneck for the consistent production of high-quality, personalized immunotherapy products. This session will focus on engineering studies and solutions for the biomanufacturing challenge. Topics of interest include but are not limited to primary cell isolation, genetic modification, expansion, and characterization; antibody manufacturing and formulation; and the development of off-the-shelf cell products.
