(381a) Isolation Development of Co-Crystal API

In the recent years, pharmaceutical cocrystal has attracted increasing attention to improve the physicochemical properties of APIs without modifying their chemical structure, such as the bioavailability, stability, and processability. How to isolate phase pure co-crystal API is an interest topic industrywide. This presentation shares a workflow for the co-crystal isolation process development with a case study. It provides an option for the scientists in the field to develop a robust co-crystal isolation process simply by following the workflow.
