7-ADCA is an important intermediate in the production of cephalosporins. At present, the production of 7-ADCA in our country is mainly oxidized by penicillin K, ring-enlarged to obtain ring-enlarged acid, and then 7-ADCA is produced by enzymatic cleavage of ring-enlarged acid. However, there is a big gap between the final product quality level and foreign countries, mainly due to the high impurity content of 7-ADCA isomers. Therefore, improving the purity of 7-ADCA and reducing the content of isomer impurities are of great significance to the production market of 7-ADCA in China. This experiment optimizes the process of enzymatic cracking, crystallization and recrystallization in the production of 7-ADCA. Combining with single factor experiments, orthogonal experiments are carried out to study the effects of factors such as cracking temperature, cracking time, the use level of enzyme, crystallization temperature and crystallization time on the reduction of 7-ADCA isomer impurities. 7-ADCA with low isomer content is obtained, which provides reference for large-scale industrial production.
