Undergraduate Professional Workshop for Women & Minorities - hosted by Women in Chemical Engineering (Ticketed Event)

Undergraduates! Join us for a half-day workshop that helps answer your questions on career choices. Students interested in pursuing graduate school: Come and hear what graduate students from various schools have to say about their experiences. The moderators will guide discussions about experiences in graduate school, application processes, selecting a school and an adviser, fellowship applications, career development activities, and life-work balance. For students interested in industrial opportunities: This workshop also includes a "Perspectives from an Industrial Recruiter" session and a panel discussion on "Academia vs Industry vs National Labs as Career Choices". Tickets must be purchased for this event, either online or onsite at the registration desk.
