This year we are very excited to announce that it will be our biggest poster session ever, with over 300 candidates and counting!
Continuing in 2020: Meet the post-docs! In addition to faculty positions, the session features a subsection of candidates who are interested in a post-doctoral position. Candidates will be located all in the same, convenient location.
Session Chair & Co-Chair:
- Sundararajan V. Madihally, School of Chemical Engineering, Oklahoma State University
- Roman Voronov, Chemical Biological and Pharmaceutical Engineering, New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT)
Faculty Candidates
Are you participating in the Meet the Faculty Candidate poster session? The chairs have created a site to help you get the most out of the session, your time at the Annual Meeting, and applying to positions.
Submit your Résumé
We would like to invite all presenters to submit a PDF of their résumé or CV. This year, to best serve both the Faculty Candidates participating in the Meet the Faculty Candidate Poster Session and the Search Committees attending the session, we have moved our CV collection to AIChE’s CareerEngineer Job Board. The site’s search functionality should allow for a better experience for both job seekers and those hiring.
We have put together some short instructions and suggestions to help you get the best out of the site and better your chances of showing up in a search by the search committee.
Recruiters and Search Committees

The posters + a pre-recorded 3 minute narration will be available online throughout the entire conference. The idea is that you watch that before the poster session and then come prepared to talk to the candidates that you are interested in. During the actual session, the candidates will schedule Q&A slots via Chat or Live Session (e.g. by providing their personal Zoom links). The site will go live a few days before the start of the conference, at which point the virtual posters and the 3 minute narrations will become accessible.
