Note: On August 12, AIChE announced that the Annual Meeting will be hosted virtually. At this time, the final date and time of this event is pending. Please check back later for confirmed schedule.
An expansion to the Meet the Faculty and Post-Doc Candidate Poster Session, the Meet the Industry Candidate Poster Session will provide an excellent opportunity for graduate students to showcase their research to industrial attendees, talent scouts, and recruiters who regularly attend the AIChE Annual Meeting.
This year's Meet the Industry Session is being organized by the Pharmaceuticals Discovery, Development, and Manufacturing (PD2M) Forum. A technical committee will evaluate and finalize the posters that will be presented at this session.
Presenting authors for this session are limited to graduate students focused in pharmaceutical research only. Each poster is limited to only one presenting author but the poster may have coauthors.
Industry Candidates
Are you participating in the Meet the Industry Candidate poster session? The chairs have created a site to help you get the most out of the session, your time at the Annual Meeting, and applying to positions.
Submit your Résumé
We would like to invite all presenters to submit a PDF of their résumé or CV. This year, to best serve both the Candidates participating in the Meet the Industry Candidate Poster Session and the Search Committees attending the session, we have moved our CV collection to AIChE’s CareerEngineer Job Board. The site’s search functionality should allow for a better experience for both job seekers and those hiring.
We have put together some short instructions and suggestions to help you get the best out of the site and better your chances of showing up in a search by the search committee.
Recruiters and Search Committees
This year, to best serve both the Candidates participating in the Meet the Industry Candidate Poster Session and the Search Committees attending the session, we have moved our CV collection to AIChE’s CareerEngineer Job Board. The site’s search functionality should allow for a better experience for both job seekers and those hiring.
In order to increase the session’s efficiency, the candidates will be clustered by their research theme and keywords.
