The Gause-Lotka-Volterra (GLV) population model has been the subject of many studies. In this work, two theorems are proved for the general, n-species GLV model, establishing necessary and sufficient sustainability and sustainizabilityTM conditions over rectangular sets. A case study on the May-Leonard, 3-species, GLV model is employed to illustrate the power of the two established Theorems.
