Research Interests

My previous research focused on synthesis and application of polymer-based nanocomposites and soft materials. In the future, I am interested in developing functinal soft-matter based materials such as hydrogel, aerogels, supramolecular polymers, and applied them to address the water scarcity, waste pollution and climate change problems . My specific objectives include: (1) to develop sustainable and non-evaporative thermol responsive water purification systems, (2) to fabricate moisture-swing aerogels for carbon capture and storage, (3) to design innovative synthetic approaches for producing recyclable polymeric materials
