(380d) Challenges in Scaling Biomass-Based Chemical Processes

Covation Biomaterials is focused on innovation to produce and supply sustainable, high-performance, biobased materials and has a mission of sustainability at scale. Process development for biobased materials involves numerous challenges which are unique relative to the petro-based chemical industry. This talk will focus on some of these challenges and provide examples of the use of biomass for the production of value-added chemicals.
