(5b) Transition in Progress

In this session, I will share my path to becoming tenure-track faculty and the multiple transitions along the way that have included being an industrial intern, an instructor, an administrator, and subsequently changing institutions prior to obtaining tenure. This conversation will offer an opportunity to the unique path that also included finding/working with appropriate mentors, a supportive environment, and empowering your young researchers to do the same.
