This session aims to discuss a broad range of chemical engineering approaches used to mitigate climate change and develop more sustainable chemical production methods. The session will include diverse examples of completely new, disruptive technologies, allowing to switch to the use of sustainably sourced feedstocks and energy sources. The contributions showcased in this session focus on novel concepts that are not broadly adopted by the industries yet.
