The Ins and Outs of Planning a Student Regional Conference

This session will focus on planning a regional conference. We know this is a daunting task for a student chapter to undertake, but we are here to help. The University of Florida recently held the Southern Regional Conference, and this workshop will cover exactly how to plan your regional conference. We will discuss everything that needs to be done to have a successful conference, starting from the day you win your bid to host the conference up to the execution. Along the way, we will be offering our advice and recommendations on how to make the more complex aspects of the conferences, like the Chem-E-Car and ChemE Jeopardy competitions, run smoothly.
