2024 Poster Sessions

Poster sessions are an integral part of the Annual Meeting, allowing for collaboration through one-on-one discussion between the attendee and presenter.

POSTER BOARD SET UP & Retrieval

• The live display of the poster board is 3.75 ft wide x 3.75 ft tall (110 cm x 110 cm). It is recommended that your poster is slightly smaller than these dimensions to ensure that it fits properly. Push pins will be provided to you onsite.
• Please arrive no earlier than 1 hour prior to the start of your session. You will not be permitted to hang your poster until that time. Any posters placed before this time will be removed.
• Please take your poster with you after your session has ended, any posters that are left after the conclusion of a poster session will be removed.
