The Langer Prize for Innovation and Entrepreneurial Excellence Award Presentation and Lecture

The Langer Prize for Innovation and Entrepreneurial Excellence awards funding to researchers, particularly those working in chemical and biological engineering in pursuing “blue-sky” ideas that may lead to important technical and commercial innovations.

    • Join us for one of AIChE’s most prominent awards and lectures to celebrate our 2024 Langer Fellow, Dr. Ashish Kulkarni, Associate Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering, University of Massachusetts Amherst. The event will include a presentation from Dr. Kulkarni, titled "Developing Non-Invasive Diagnostic Approaches for Early Detection of Ovarian Cancer".

    The Langer Fellow will be awarded an unrestricted grant up to $100,000, enabling them to tackle their bold and creative ideas into technical and commercial innovations with broad societal impact.
