What Does Registration Include?
Registration grants you access to the technical sessions, breakfasts, lunches, reception and coffee breaks throughout the workshop, as well as post-workshop proceedings.
- Rates: Member rate applies to AIChE and SPE Members who are currently active and in good standing. Membership will be verified in each society's member database.
- Proceedings: Your meeting registration includes permanent online access to meeting proceedings. The proceedings contain PDF copies of presentations where speakers have granted us permission to share. Not all presentations may be available.

Online registration and payment are processed using a credit or debit card in USD. To pay with a bank transfer contact customerservice@aiche.org.

This event is scheduled to be fully in-person. No virtual access portion will be available.

Registration Policy
AIChE's meeting registration policy is based on the premise that AIChE's conferences and meetings are amongst the most prestigious and best attended chemical engineering conferences in the world. Therefore, all participants, including speakers (invited or accepted through the Call for Abstracts), are expected to register and pay the appropriate registration fee. Recording & Photography Policy
AIChE Meetings are one of the primary ways the Institute fulfills its mission to advance the development and exchange of relevant knowledge. The content presented at this event is the property of the presenters and the firms where they work. Recording of sessions or taking photos of slides is strictly prohibited.
AIChE staff members may take photos during the conference. These photos will be used on the AIChE website and in promotional materials for future Meetings. By registering for this conference, you consent to your likeness being used for such purposes without compensation and release AIChE from any liability on account of such usage
Certificates and Professional Development Hours (PDH)
You will be able to request or download a letter or certificate of participation after the meeting has concluded. To obtain these documents, contact programming@aiche.org.
Visa Procedures
U.S. visa procedures have been changing. If you are planning to attend an AIChE Meeting and will need a visa, we encourage you to visit the U.S. Visa Policy Web Page for updates on visa procedures and applications. Please allow ample time for visa processing.
