(65b) Sustainability Initiatives at University of Arizona

This presentation will give an overiew of the sustainability initiatives at the University of Arizona. These initiatives include work done jointly with MIT, UC Berkeley, Purdue, and Stanford through the NSF/SRC Engineering Research Center for Environmentally Benign Semiconductor Manufacturing and departmental level reform efforts in the chemical engineering program at UA.
