Caking occurs in most powders, and can be a problem for most industries that use or produce powders, including the dairy, pharmaceutical, fertiliser and chemical industries to mention just a few. This session is the first of two sessions with papers covering all aspects of caking phenomena. If you have a caking problem, then these sessions are must attend sessions.
