(164a) Potential Process Plant Impacts from Regulating CO2 as a Pollutant

This presentation will provide a high level overview of potential process impacts from anticipated regulatory changes associated with Climate Change legislation. Topics will include current information on the fallout from the Massachusetts v. EPA Supreme Court decision and the abridged version of Carbon Trading 101. Examples of what these changes could mean in terms of emission reductions within process units will be discussed, and select technologies currently under investigation will be reviewed.
