This session reviews international definitions of "culture" and then demystify the identification of culture issues by showing how different common cultures can be identified using root cause analysis.
The types of cultures discussed in the session will include:
- The Start-Up Culture (Entrepreneur)
- The Git-er-Dun Culture
- The See-No-Evil Culture
- The No-One-Told Me Culture
- The Poor Problem Solving Culture
- The Backlog Culture
- The Bad Safety Culture
Finally, the session describes ways to change cultures as a result of a thorough root cause analysis.
