Ethylene Plant Rotating Equipment Roundtable Session

This session will begin with tutorial sessions covering Compressor Surge and Basic Care of Machinery, followed by a roundtable discussion. Topics of discussion at this roundtable can include but not be limited to the following topics:
* Equipment performance monitoring and trending
* Process impacts on equipment reliability
* Dry gas seals and low leakage interstage seals
* Turboexpanders with magnetic bearings for cold box performance enhancement
* Leading edge groove/direct lubricated bearings
* High speed balancing of rotors
* Proactive equipment maintenance strategies
* Enhanced efficiency compressor impeller and turbine blading
* Impeller blade coatings
* Equipment protection monitoring
* Longer times between turnarounds- operators not experienced/trained for startups
* Length of turnaround set before scope of work known
