A benchmark solution for interference of noise waves is performed. The interference of noise waves arises due to difference of power of two intensities. A standard is developed for characterization of interference of noise waves due to difference of power of two intensities. The standard sources of noise waves (sun, light, sound, heat, electricity, fluid and fire) are considered in the solution depending on their speed of noise interference. A calculator tool for noise measurement equations and their units is presented. Finally, grades and flag colors are notated to noise measuring tool depending on areas of interference of noise waves. The notation of grades and flags is based on psychological feeling for sensation and perception of noise interference based on a physiological response from the sensory organs of a standard (average) human body.
