The purpose of this survey is to document ethylene producers' plant level APC support practices and to correlate those practices with perceived APC effectiveness. It is designed to be completed by the senior process control engineer who is responsible for maintaining the plant's APC on a day to day basis. It contains questions about APC resources, monitoring, execution, and reporting practices. To gauge the plant's perceived APC effectiveness the process control engineer is also asked several questions concerning APC performance.
