In the oil refining industry, cutting the light of the fractional distillation is liquefied by high pressure or with the purification and cooling of this mixture of butane and propane to be transported and distributed. Not always the location of industry is the same for the community and not always the company's image is maintained over time for this community. Another aspect is the type of social relationship of the production team built over time of operation and makes possible the purification and cooling of PLG.
The analysis of environmental impacts performed during the deployment and location of industry aims to identify environmental problems and socio-economic, but do not analyzes social conflicts located between industry and community, and do not analyzes social conflicts within the community made by the team. The analysis of environmental impacts is limited to check which products can leak, which conditions, and how the process can impact on the neighbors, nature and society.
This article proposes a discussion of how to analyze the risks of social conflicts occurring within and outside the industry. The steps involved in Technical Analysis of preliminary risk human partner are: to map and analyze the hazards, analyze risks classified as a preliminary level, mapping the medium and high risk (relative to the omission, conflict between policy and practice, usability design, communication and cooperation), do the analysis of interaction between these social and human factors, reclassify risks and find the position in the risk map, and issue recommendations as to programs to prevent failure in the social phase of project location. An exercise is conducted in the PLG industry with details of benefits in designing the event of future social conflict (internal or external) that will certainly impact on the team about the industry and stakeholders. Also discussed are the main factors for the maintenance of long-term business.
