With this session, presenters will summarize the latest regulatory developments in the areas of climate change, greenhouse gas regulation, permitting pursuant to the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. The presenters will also summarize the latest environmental enforcement initiatives as well as latest interpretive guidance in these different programs most relevant to the practicing chemical engineer.
