Tuesday, April 1, 2014 - 4:30pm to 5:00pm
The topic of Process Safety metric selection has been widely discussed. Yet, some organizations still feel inadequate with their Process Safety performance monitoring. The concept of producing vs. collecting data is a shift in paradigm that could further increase the effectiveness of the overall performance management process. Currently, non-paper based systems are available to facilitate this. This presentation will discuss the characteristics of a robust system and the benefits of having such systems in an organization.
