Lean Six Sigma (LSS) is a powerful and flexible methodology that has been utilized by a range of companies for delivering significant cost and growth productivity via simultaneous reduction of waste and defects from internal processes. LSS principles have been successfully applied to a full range of both batch and continuous processes in the chemical industry.
This presentation will provide an overview of the application of both the Lean and Six Sigma Methodologies within Momentive, a global manufacturer of specialty chemicals and materials. Several case studies will be shared on how this world class framework has enhanced efforts within our Global Process Development organization.
