It talks about a crude unit revamp study done in China. The study firstly identifies HEN improvements to increase the preheat temperature. It presents data and results before and after revamp, showing the actual preheat benefit. It then introduces the ultrasonic units and shows how the units were placed in the revamped HEN. The results of this implementation are also presented to minimise the effects of fouling.
