With its abundant resources of oil and gas, and having 25% of the world oil reserves and low cost of production, and with the availability of cash and stable political regimes, the region will see $300 Billion in civil, oil, gas petrochemicals and renewables projects including major revamps. However, we will discuss how the political relief between some countries and the rest of the world can really change the direction of some of these projects and divert them somewhere else or make some of them less attractive.
